Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Dramatree Boutique products are made in a small private studio. We are not a manufacturing or retail store.  We developed a product service system to create sustainable leather accessories. We create and produce distinctive handbags and other functional accessories. Our products are made from high quality Italian and vegetable tanned leather hides, skins, fur, woods, stones and metals. Our top grain leather products may contain natural markings, wrinkles and color variations, rather than imperfections.  We are a custom boutique. Our leather products are hand fabricated, one-by-one and produced in limited quantities. Some items are made to order or can be duplicated by request, depending on materials.

"WE DO NOT EXCEPT CANCELLATIONS"  once customized orders have been placed and begun production. 

Dramatree Boutique designs are uniquely hand-fabricated from start to finish. We create our leather accessories with careful precision and attention to detail. Our custom processing takes about 10-21 business days to complete. Labor-intensive products may take longer. Please allow ample time for processing and shipment when placing your order.

SHIPPING TERMS

1. Priority Mail Shipments Only
   All orders will be shipped via Priority Mail to ensure fast and secure delivery.
2. Signature Confirmation Required
   For the protection of both our company and our valued customers, all deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. This ensures that your order reaches the intended recipient securely.
3. Delivery to Residential Addresses
   Orders shipped to residential addresses will follow the same shipping and signature confirmation policy to maintain consistency and reliability.
4. Tracking Information
   Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your package to ensure you’re available to sign for it upon delivery.
5. Undeliverable Packages
   If a package is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
6. Customer Responsibility
   It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to sign for the package. If you anticipate any issues with delivery, please contact us in advance to make alternate arrangements.
7. No Exceptions Policy
   To maintain consistency and prevent any risks of lost or stolen packages, we do not offer exceptions to the signature confirmation policy.

Ready to ship

Ready to ship products will be shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Custom/Made to order

Please allow  2 to 6 weeks for custom orders. Products will be shipped 1-3 business days after completion. 

We do not accept order cancellations.

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed and entered production. 

Dramatree products are unique.

Since most of our products are made-to-order, the final product may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website. For example, the print design of a bag, the lining inside of the handbag or the color of the hair-on hide may vary depending on the handbag. However, that is the beauty of purchasing a Dramatree product. Your handbag will be one of a kind.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: Dramatree Boutique products come with a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
